Rates
Prices for Seattle, the North end and the Eastside. On the Eastside I offer stays only, no drop-ins. The meet & greet is free everywhere: about 30 minutes in your home before your first booking.

More Than Two Pets
Two pets are included in every rate. After that, the price follows the work involved. I can care for up to 4 pets, or 3 dogs over 40 lb, confirmed at our meet & greet.

Booking Terms
Deposit
A 50% deposit holds your dates. The balance is due 48 hours before your stay begins.
Payment
Credit card (3% processing fee), debit card, Venmo, Zelle, cash or check.
Cancellation
Stays: full refund 14+ days out; deposit kept 7–13 days out; 100% under 7 days. Drop-ins: free up to 72 hours before. Holidays: deposit non-refundable, 100% inside 14 days. A kept deposit becomes credit for 12 months.

Refer three friends in a year and your next Standard Stay is on me.
Your friend just mentions your name when they book. Credit is applied after their first stay is complete, never expires and can be combined with the long-trip rate. It has no cash value.
Plus a free Stay Journal on every booking that year, and no holiday rate on your first holiday stay. Refer a friend who books and you both get a thank-you: $50 credit for you, $25 off for them.
